On weight problems and body positivity.

Hello blog,

Time to get a little bit serious here. Since junior high I have always had problems with my weight. I wouldn't exactly call it struggling, but I wasn't happy with what I seeing in the mirror. It wasn't  until I have graduated high school and got introduced to the "real world" that I really understood what body positivity is and felt good about myself . That's why I have gathered a few general points that people should grasp in order for them to be truly body positive.

  • Don't fat shame people but don't skinny shame them. people have different bodies. fat doesn't necesseraly mean unhealthy but skinny doesn't necesseraly mean healthy . STOP MAKING PEOPLE FEEL BAD BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY LOOK.
  • STOP SAYING "real women have curves". All women are real, wether someone has curves or not doesn't define how much of a women they are . This is not a competition.
  • love your body no matter how it looks like. I know this sounds like an order or some sort, but believe me sonner or later you will realize that the only person in control of your hapiness is YOU. So love your body and be happy. If you want to change the way your body looks for health reasons or because you just want to , please do it . But remember to always love your body in the process.

My favourite part of feminism is self love , so I say it again LOVE YOUR SELF or nobody will .Im gonna end this with some of my favourite quotes on the subject .

Size Acceptance isn’t about promoting a body size, it’s about the basic right of everyone, of every size, to exist without shame, stigma, bullying, or oppression, regardless of why they are the size they are, what being that size means, and if they could or want to change their size.

—  Ragen Chastain

What we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us.

—  Louise Hay

As always guys remember to love yourself , stay positive and do more of what makes you happy .

2015 Reading challenge

Wednesday, 14 January 2015
Hello blog ,

I know I'm a little bit late on this but since I love reading , one of my first new year's resolutions was to read even more then I already do . And I figured that there is nothing better to motivate me than a good old challenge . That's why I am doing the 2015 reading challenge with a bunch of my friends.

All of these  seem fairly easy except for the banned book , but let us leave that problem for later.

I love this idea so much and I'd love to take on more challenges . If there are any you are doing or you find interesting please leave them in the comment section bellow.

As  always guys , remember to stay positive and do more of what makes you happy.

Glee season 6 ! let's do this

Monday, 12 January 2015
Hello blog,
As you may (or may not ) already know, my favourite show of ALL time is "Glee". And  last Friday its final season premiere aired and of course I watched every second of it .

Can I just say that for the first time in forever , I was very happy with everything, even the newbies "god I love them". I mean what's there not to love . LOOK at them. Madison and Mason (aka the cheerleading twins) are the burnette incestous version  of Sharpay and Rayan .And can we puh-lease discuss how awsome Roderick is ? His singing voice is just amazing . Don't even get me started on the badass feminist that is Jane  .

Even though my baby Rachel's show got canceled she's coaching  the new directions along with kurt. I think that's going to put her back in tack so she can shine even brighter and rock broadway again. (don't judge me I really love her )

Blaine was also cut from NYADA (Whaaat ! ) because he and Kurt broke up (again Whaaaaat !) And his dating Dave now ( an even bigger WHAAAT) .But they'll be back together in the future because Klaine is endgame, so let's just take a deep breath.

Blaine is also coaching the walblers. Apparently we're going to have a rachel& kurt / blaine / Mr.Shue competition in sectionals. Show choire drama, I'm so in.

One more thing : the unholy trinity is back.

And WIVES  !!!

A lot of things happened , amazing songs were sang and Glee is back.

I'm so very excited for the season ! come on glee , bring it home .

As always guys , remember to stay positive and do more of what makes you happy. I'm soory I fangirled too much

What's up 2015

Sunday, 11 January 2015
Hello blog ,

2015 is here and I'm back. I couldn't post as regularly because I was extremely busy with finals. But now that they're over ,I'm back to regular posting.

2014 is over, looking back I think it was an okay year for me. One year ago I wouldn't even  dare to imagine being the person I am today, but look at me now.

2014 was a year of exploring and trying new things  , being more honest to myself and taking risks . It honestly changed me a lot , or should I say I changed me a lot.

But now it's over .And as I say goodbye to this crazy year I say goodbye to a lot of failed relationships , bad memories , toxic people and bad decisions. But at the same time  say hello to a fresh new exciting 365 days.

I don't know what they are  holding for me but I'm ready to make the most of each and every one.
As always guys , remember to stay positive and do more of what makes you happy.
